MERGER AGREEMENT BETWEEN CMGP AND COMPTOIR AGRICOLE DU SOUSS

CMGP and CAS have signed a merger agreement to form the leading player in Morocco in irrigation, agricultural supplies and water infrastructure.

Benefiting from strong complementarities in terms of product range, expertise and distribution channels, CMGP and CAS have a unique opportunity to create the reference interlocutor (“”One-Stop-Shop””) for the Moroccan and African farmer.

The finalization of the transaction is subject to obtaining the agreement of the Moroccan competition authorities. This operation sees the entry into the capital of the AfricInvest fund, which joins the DPI (Development Partners International) fund in the CMGP round table.
